TOP BEAUTY USES OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR


Apple cider vinegar also known as ACV has so many beauty and heallth uses. ACV is highly effective and everyone should have a bottle in their homes.


The uses of ACV for beauty purposes include

Skin Softener: ACV has moisturizing properties and it hydrates skin completely. Add 2-3 tbsp of organic ACV in your bath tub to get moisturized skin. It can be a very good skin softener. It will also relive you from itchy skin.



Get Rid of Age Spots: It has been proved that drinking apple cider vinegar daily maintains youthful skin and prevents age spots and other aging signs. If you don’t want to drink ACV then you can also apply it on the affected areas. Take equal amount of raw ACV and onion juice, mix it well and apply it on areas of concern. It will lighten the spots with regular use.

Remove Product build up: Harsh chemicals in shampoo and conditioners damage hair by building up and make hair rough and damaged. You can remove product build up from hair by washing hair using apple cider vinegar. It will remove product build up, reduce damage and will add shine to your strands.

Treat Sunburn:  You can also treat sunburn using apple cider vinegar. Take cotton and dip it in ACV, now apply it on the burned area for 10 minutes. It will eliminate discomfort from sunburn and will also reduce skin peeling.

Treat Acne: It can be used as a toner. Take cotton and apply it on affected area. Let it sit for around 10 minutes and then rinse off with plain water. Do this 2-3 times a day for instant results. Add vinegar to your bath water to treat body or back acne. ACV kills bacteria and maintains skin pH level so it prevents breakouts like acne and pimple.

Dark Lips: Apple cider vinegar is highly effective in lightening the color of your lips, so use it regularly. Dilute one tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a tbsp of water and dab this mixture on your lips. It will soften your lips, and lighten them.

Nail Polish: To make your nail polish last for longer time period use Apple cider vinegar. Mix one tbsp of vinegar and 3 cups of water in a bowl. Soak your fingertips in the mixture for 3-4 minutes and then apply nail polish.

Deodorant: Apple cider vinegar has the ability to absorb sweat instead of blocking it and also lighten dark armpits. It can act as a wonderful natural deodorant. Simply soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and dab it on underarm area, don’t worry about the smell as it will vanish once the vinegar gets dry.
